Peanut clusters

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• evaporated milk - 1/2 c
• salted peanuts - 1 c
• chocolate pudding mix not instant - 1 pkg

How to make peanut clusters:

Mix all ingredients, except peanuts in saucepan. Cook and stir to fast rolling boil. Lower heat and keep stirring, allowing to boil more slowly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add peanuts and beat until candy starts to thicken. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Yield: 24 clusters.
