Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- peanuts - 1 c
- chocolate pudding mix not instant - 1 pkg
How to make chocolate peanut clusters:
Mix all ingredients except peanuts in saucepan and heat, stirring constantly to a full boil. Lower heat and keep stirring while mixture boils slowly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts and beat until candy starts to thicken. Drop from spoon on wax paper. Makes 15 to 20.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
