Chocolate peanut clusters
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- chocolate pudding mix not instant - 1 pkg
- or can salted peanuts - 1 c
How to make chocolate peanut clusters:
Combine pudding, sugar, milk and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it comes to a full boil. Lower heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add peanuts. Beat until it begins to thicken. Drop by spoonful on waxed paper.
