Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 4 c
  • soft butter - 1/3 c
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Put first five (going across) in a bowl, blend well. Beat in powdered sugar, making a very stiff mixture. Turn out on board and knead well. Gradually work in nuts. Put in a pan and chill or form in rolls. Chill, then slice.
