  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 item
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • soft butter - 1 c

How to make mexican wedding cakes:

Cream butter and sugar; add salt and vanilla and mix well. Add flour in three equal portions and blend; add nuts and mix well. Make into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with glass which has been dipped in powdered sugar. Bake in 350° oven for 12 minutes; cover with powdered sugar.
