- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- margarine or butter, softened - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- Gold Medal all-purpose flour - 2 c
- almonds, finely chopped and toasted - 1/2 c
- Dole unsweetened pineapple juice - 2/3 c
- Press firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inch
- Dole crushed pineapple, well drained reserve 1 cup juice - 1 can
How to make pineapple cheesecake squares:
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl with fork until crumbly. Press firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inch. Bake until set, 15 to 20 minutes, at 350 degrees.
