  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Mix butter, corn syrup, peanut butter, salt and vanilla. Sift in powdered sugar gradually. Knead until well blended. Add nuts gradually, pressing and kneading into candy. Press out into 1/2-inch thick square. Cut into pieces. Makes about 2 pounds.
