Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- hot water - 1/2 c
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cherries - 2 c
How to make cherry pudding:
Beat 2 eggs and pinch of salt until foamy. Beat in sugar, hot water, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in sour cherries. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 35 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Southern u.s..
