Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 1/8
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- peach juice - 6 Tbsp
- vegetable spray - 1 item
- can sliced peaches, drained save juice - 1 oz
How to make peaches and cream cobbler:
Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix. Pour batter into 9-inch square baking pan coated with vegetable spray. Put peaches over batter. In another bowl, add cream cheese, peach juice and sugar; mix well. Spoon mixture over peaches; cover peaches completely.
