Peach cheese pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- peach juice - 4 Tbsp
- can peaches, sliced - 1 oz
How to make peach cheese pie:
Topping:1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Beat flour, salt, baking powder, pudding mix, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and egg. Mixture will be thick and pasty. Spread into a buttered 10-inch pie plate. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Lay peach slices around on top of batter.Beat softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon over all of peaches, but not quite to edges. Sprinkle all over with topping. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. (Top and edges will be toasty brown, but cream cheese in pie will be very soft.)
