Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pecan halves - 2 c
- light brown sugar - 2 c
- egg whites, beaten - 2 item
How to make pecan goodies:
Mix egg whites, sugar, vanilla and salt together. Stir in pecans until pecans are coated. Lay on cookie sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 275°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
