Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • soft butter - 3 Tbsp
  • large can sliced peaches - 1 item
  • softened cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla pudding
  • peach juice - 3 Tbsp

How to make peaches and cream cheesecake:

Drain the peaches, reserve juice and set aside. Mix together the flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding (not instant), salt, soft butter, egg and milk. Grease (9-inch) pie pan. Place peaches over butter. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Place over peaches; sprinkle cinnamon sugar over all. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
