Peaches and cream cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- soft butter - 3 Tbsp
- large can sliced peaches - 1 item
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla pudding
- peach juice - 3 Tbsp
How to make peaches and cream cheesecake:
Drain the peaches, reserve juice and set aside. Mix together the flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding (not instant), salt, soft butter, egg and milk. Grease (9-inch) pie pan. Place peaches over butter. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Place over peaches; sprinkle cinnamon sugar over all.
