  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • small whipping cream, whipped - 1 item
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Cream together with electric beaters the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Sprinkle top with a few graham crackers and refrigerate.
