Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • buttermilk - 2 c
  • large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make peach salad:

Combine pineapple, sugar and jello in saucepan. Heat until sugar melts. Cool completely. While jello mixture cools, mix together buttermilk and Cool Whip. Blend well with a wire whip. Add nuts and pineapple mixture. Pour into 7 x 13-inch Pyrex dish; chill until set. Delicious!
