Peach pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- boiling water
- stick butter, softened - 1 item
- peaches generous - 2 c
How to make peach pudding:
Spray a 4-quart pan. Cream 1 cup sugar and butter. Add milk, flour and baking powder. Stir together and pour in pan. Add peeled, sliced peaches on top. Dot with additional butter. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over. Pour boiling water over mixture. Do not stir! Bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes.
