sugar
milk - 1 c
salt - 1 tsp
flour - 2 c
butter - 1/2 c
cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
baking powder - 2 tsp
boiling water
peaches - 4 c
Combine sugar, butter, salt, baking powder, milk and flour

How to make peach pudding:

Slice peaches and place in bottom of 9X13 pan.

Combine sugar, butter, salt, baking powder, milk and flour. Mix well together and spread over peaches.Topping:2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 c. boiling water Stir all ingredients together and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over top of entire mixture.

Bake at 325° for 50-60 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or heavy cream.
