Peach pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- boiling water
- peaches - 4 c
- Combine sugar, butter, salt, baking powder, milk and flour
How to make peach pudding:
Slice peaches and place in bottom of 9X13 pan.Combine sugar, butter, salt, baking powder, milk and flour. Mix well together and spread over peaches.Topping:2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 c. boiling water Stir all ingredients together and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over top of entire mixture.
Bake at 325° for 50-60 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or heavy cream.
