Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening or oil
  • peaches and a little juice, mashed - 1 c
  • raisins if you want - 1 item

How to make peach pudding:

Mix all together and bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan approximately 30 minutes. Any kind of fruit is good for this (fruit cocktail, applesauce, etc.).
