Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 3 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • to 10 peaches - 8 item
  • small peach jello - 1 item

How to make peach crunch:

Melt oleo in 8-inch square pan. Stir in flour and pecans and beat in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake at 350° until lightly brown.

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Add jello and let cool. Peel and chop peaches in a colander so they will drain. Spread peaches over cooled crust. Top with sauce. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.

Strawberries may be substituted for peaches.
