Peach crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 tsp
- water - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- plain flour - 1 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- to 10 peaches - 8 item
- small peach jello - 1 item
How to make peach crunch:
Melt oleo in 8-inch square pan. Stir in flour and pecans and beat in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake at 350° until lightly brown.Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Add jello and let cool. Peel and chop peaches in a colander so they will drain. Spread peaches over cooled crust. Top with sauce. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
Strawberries may be substituted for peaches.
