Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- rhubarb, diced - 2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- a little water or juice of pineapple if needed - 1 item
How to make rhubarb pie:
Pour boiling water over rhubarb; drain. Beat eggs well, then add sugar and flour. Stir in rhubarb and pineapple last. The water from the rhubarb and the pineapple juice can be used for tapioca pudding.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
