How to make blueberry cheesecake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. sifted powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Topping:2 c. blueberries1 c. sugar3 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 c. water Crust: Mix oleo, brown sugar, flour and nuts together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake until brown on bottom at 300°. Be careful not to overcook.Filling: Add small amount of milk to cream cheese to make it creamy. Add Cool Whip and sugar and mix well. Pour over crust.
Topping: Mix sugar and cornstarch and add water. Cook down until sugar dissolves. Add blueberries and cook until desirable thickness. Spread over filling. Refrigerate overnight is best.
