Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- peaches - 1 qt
- sprinkle with cinnamon - 1 item
How to make peach crunch:
Empty peaches into baking dish. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add egg to mixture and work into crumbs. Pour over peaches and add melted butter and cinnamon.Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
