Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- fresh or canned peaches, sliced, drained and juice reserved
- sugar - 1/2 c
- reserved juice or milk - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
How to make peaches and cream pie:
Filling:3 c. fresh or canned peaches, sliced, drained and juice reserved1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. reserved juice or milk1 Tbsp. sugar1/4 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350°. Use greased 9-inch pie plate. Combine crust ingredients and pour into pie plate. Spread peaches over crust.Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and juice and spoon over peaches within one inch of edge. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
