- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- softened cream cheese - 1 (8
- sliced peaches - 1 item
How to make peaches and cream cheesecake:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding mix, margarine, egg and 1/2 cup milk. Place sliced peaches over batter. Cream together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons milk and place on top of peaches. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.Note: Not too many peaches over batter.
