Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- cans peas, drained - 2 item
- can French fried onion rings - 1 item
How to make pea casserole:
Mix soup, sour cream and salt. Stir in peas. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and cheese; pour butter over all. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until bubbling. Top with onion rings and brown. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Greens.
