Pasta with broccoli and mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fettucini - 8 oz
- mushrooms - 7 oz
- unsalted butter - 2 Tbsp
- bunch broccoli - 1/2 item
- red pepper, sliced - 1 item
- or 2 cloves garlic, peeled - 1 item
- olive oil, extra virgin - 1/4 c
How to make pasta with broccoli and mushrooms:
Saute garlic, then pepper and broccoli. Cover, let simmer briefly. Add mushrooms, water and wine. Add butter. Cook and drain pasta. Toss with butter. Spoon vegetables on top. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and serve.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Penne.
