Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • oregano
  • pepperoni - 1/4 lb
  • small onions - 2 item
  • jar green olives - 1 oz
  • hard salami - 1/4 lb
  • Provolone cheese - 1/4 lb
  • can black olives - 1 oz
  • box large shells - 1 item
  • stems celery - 3 item
  • green peppers bite size - 3 item

How to make italian salad:

Dressing:1 Tbsp. oregano1 Tbsp. salt3/4 c. oil1 tsp. pepper3 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. vinegar Cook and cook pasta shells. Dice cheese, salami and pepperoni. Cut green pepper, onions and celery to bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients together, except dressing. Mix dressing and pour over salad. Refrigerate at least overnight.
