Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • yogurt - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • can artichoke hearts, well drained - 1 oz
  • clove garlic, mashed to a paste with salt - 1 item
  • few dashes Tabasco sauce - 1 item

How to make artichoke and parmesan dip:

Simply puree all ingredients until smooth. Serve with toasted pita, Melba, carrots, etc.
