Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • soft bread crumbs
  • chopped onions - 3 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp

How to make party meatballs:

Combine all ingredients, except flour and oil. Shape meat into small balls. Roll in flour. Brown meatballs on all sides in oil over medium heat. Yields 8 servings.
