- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- large potatoes - 6 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Peel and quarter the potatoes. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few pieces at a time in the bag, coating them well. In flat uncovered pan, place melted margarine and potatoes. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Turn potatoes after 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
