  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine, melted - 8 Tbsp
  • large potatoes - 4 item
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • medium onion, grated - 1 item
  • diced, baked ham - 1 c

How to make ham and potato casserole:

Peel and grate potatoes. Combine all ingredients and spoon into well-greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour until browned.
