Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 8 Tbsp
- large potatoes - 4 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- diced, baked ham - 1 c
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Peel and grate potatoes. Combine all ingredients and spoon into well-greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour until browned.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
