- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- large potatoes - 4 item
- small onion - 1 item
- bunch broccoli - 1 item
- Colby cheese - 4 oz
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
In large pot, pour milk, butter, salt and flour. Stir. Add pepper and warm. Add diced potatoes, cut up broccoli, chopped onion and flour. Add water. Let cook on medium temperature until vegetables are tender. Add cheese. Simmer.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
