Parmesan popovers
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
How to make parmesan popovers:
Combine all ingredients. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended. Place well-greased muffin pans in 425° oven for 3 minutes. Remove pans from oven. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 18 to 20 minutes longer or until popovers are firm.
