Ingredients/Components
- small onion - 1 item
- stalks chopped celery - 2 item
- turkey giblets - 1 item
- crushed crackers - 1/2 lb
- large loaf bread - 1 item
- oysters, squeezed through fingers - 1 pt
How to make oyster dressing:
Boil turkey giblets with celery and onion. Set aside. Toast loaf of bread and tear into pieces.Mix crackers, bread, oysters and add giblet juice with celery and onion until semi juicy. Add some turkey drippings and cut in with knife. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
