Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- medium tomatoes - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- large bell peppers - 4 item
- crushed crackers - 1 c
- pot roast
- gravy - 3/4 c
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Parboil peppers about 5 minutes. Let cool. Mix all ingredients. Stuff peppers. Place in baking dish. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serve this with pot roast.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Rice, Peppers.
