- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- sour cream,
How to make overnight coffee cake:
Mix butter and sugar well. Add eggs and mix until creamy. Add sour cream. Mix flour with next 4 ingredients. Mix with the butter mixture. Pour batter into prepared 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Mix the brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon well. sprinkle over top. Cover, chill 8 hours. Uncover and bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
