Overnight chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- small jar pimento optional - 1 item
- uncooked macaroni 7 oz - 1 pkg
- hard-boiled eggs, diced optional - 4 item
How to make overnight chicken casserole:
Mix and put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole the night before and refrigerate. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Crushed potato chips can be sprinkled on top, if desired.
