  • Lipton herb with garlic soup mix - 1 pkg
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • mixed vegetables sliced or cubed zucchini, yellow squash, red and green sweet peppers, carrots - 1 1

How to make oven roasted vegetables:

Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic Ziploc bag, add vegetables, oil and soup mix. Shake well to coat. Empty bag into shallow roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once, or until vegetables are tender.

Note: For low calorie, spray roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray and use 2 tablespoons water in place of oil to coat vegetables. Bake as directed. Can also use same recipe for potatoes, quartered, with Lipton onion soup mix.
