Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil, divided - 2 tsp
- large sweet potatoes or baking potatoes, scrubbed - 4 item
How to make oven roasted sweet potato fries:
Preheat oven to 450°. Line cookie sheet with foil; brush with 1 teaspoon oil. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick wedges. Transfer to a large bowl.
