Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- drippings - 6 slices
- potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced approximately 3 c - 1 lb
How to make oven german potato salad:
In 2-quart shallow baking dish, combine potatoes, bacon and onion; set aside. In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, mustard and salt.
