Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 8 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- apple pulp - 16 c
How to make oven apple butter:
Set oven at 350°. Cook 3 1/2 hours. Stir every 1/2 to 1 hour while cooking. Put in hot jars and seal.Best cooked in covered roasting pan with vented cover.
