Artichoke rice salad
Ingredients/Components
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped red or green sweet pepper - 3/4 c
- size - 2 boxes
- jars marinated artichoke hearts - 2 oz
- pimento stuffed olives - 16 item
- sliced onions green - 1/2 c
How to make artichoke rice salad:
Cook rice, omitting bulbs. Transfer to large bowl and cool. Add pepper, onions and olives. Drain artichokes; slice and add to rice. Mix all with liquids, mayonnaise and curry powder. Chill and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Rice.
