  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • fish steaks or fillets - 1 lb

How to make oven fried fish:

Preheat oven to 500°. Cut fish into serving pieces. Stir salt into milk. Dip fish in milk and coat with crumbs. Place fish in greased oblong pan. Pour butter over fish and place pan on middle rack of oven. Cook uncovered at 500° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
