- butter - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- desired amount of fish - 1 item
How to make oven fried fish:
Roll fish in melted butter and then in cracker crumbs. Put into pan. Add more butter. Bake at 400° until nice and brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.Tastes better than top of the stove fried fish and is good for people who cannot eat fried foods.
