Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chili sauce or catsup - 1/2 c
  • vegetable or corn oil - 3 Tbsp
  • lite salt
  • chicken breast approximately

How to make oven barbecue chicken:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except chicken. Put in pot and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Put chicken in a large baking dish or pan. Pour half of sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 60 minutes. Baste every 15 minutes with remaining sauce.
