Oven baked pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- margarine or butter - 3 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- corn bread stuffing mix - 1 c
- pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick - 4 item
- apples slices or applesauce optional - 1 item
How to make oven baked pork chops:
Set oven to 425°. Place butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; place in the oven for about 3 minutes or until butter melts. Stir together egg and milk. Dip pork chops into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place chops atop melted butter in pan. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chops over. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until chops are no longer pink.
