Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • Crisco
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • vanilla - 2 tsp

How to make out of this world cake:

Frosting:1/4 c. Crisco1/4 c. margarine1/4 c. milk1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove from oven; pour crushed pineapple over cake while warm. Let cool and frost.

Frosting: Cream together all ingredients and spread on cool cake.
