Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- can coconut
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sugar - 2 c
- flour
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 7 oz
- margarine
- milk - 1/4 c
- baking chocolate - 1 sq
- box powdered sugar - 3/4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:3/4 c. margarine1/4 c. milk1 sq. baking chocolate3/4 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Place all cake ingredients, except Marshmallow Creme, in mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in well-greased 11 x 15-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and spread on Marshmallow Creme while still hot. Top with frosting.Frosting: Melt margarine, milk and chocolate over low heat. Add remaining ingredients. Spread over Marshmallow Creme.
