Pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 3/4 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• evaporated milk - 1/2 c
• water - 1/4 c
• brown sugar, firmly packed
• 9-inch unbaked pie shell
• halved or chopped pecans

How to make pecan pie:

Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for approximately 40 minutes.

This pie is nutty, not as sweet as the usual pecan pie.
