Pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- halved or chopped pecans
How to make pecan pie:
Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for approximately 40 minutes.This pie is nutty, not as sweet as the usual pecan pie.
