Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • small lump butter - 1 item

How to make osgood pie:

Separate eggs. Beat yolks until light colored. Add sugar and butter, then other ingredients, adding the stiffly beaten egg whites last. Bake in uncooked pastry shell in a 350° oven.
