Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• lemon flavoring - 2 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• apricot nectar - 1 c
• lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
• Blend all ingredients, except eggs

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients, except eggs. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Bake in tube pan that has been greased and floured for 1 hour. Glaze while hot.Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. lemon juice1/3 c. apricot nectar Mix and pour over cake while hot.
